Make sure you complete 3 rounds of 5 minutes in order to work out the 15 minutes.
Minute 1: 40 seconds of side rabbit jump
Minute 2: 40 seconds of lunge squat and 20 seconds of rest
Minute 3: 40 seconds of skater and 20 of rest
Minute 4: 40 seconds of jump plank and 20 seconds of rest
Minute 5: 40 seconds of elevated knee jump and 20 seconds of rest
